Deposit (non-refundable): $100 per person

Due on or before October 15, 2025

 

Payment 1: $300

Due on or before January 15, 2026

 

Payment 2: $300

Due on or before February 15, 2026

 

Payment 3: $300

Due on or before March 15, 2026

 

Cancellation Penalty:

  • 100% penalty for cancellation after April 15, 2026

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

We have a block of Terrace Double and King Rooms reserved.  You will receive a resort confirmation number after making your Salamander Experience deposit.  You must call the resort to add your credit card and personal details to the confirmation.  Terrace Rooms are $2,762 for two nights.  The resort will charge one night up front, and the remaining balance will be due upon checkout.

**Any rooms booked outside of the contracted group may be subject to additional charges when participating in events and/or functions associated with the group.
